If you have forgotten your password or it does not work for some reason, please click on the link “Forgot Password” to generate a new password. If this new password doesn't work, please contact our Customer Support.

You may follow the following steps to place an order:

1) Go to the product page and select the desirable item

2) Mention "Quantity" you want to purchase

3) In the comment box mention the colors  from the options given (i.e. A B C D)

4) Click to “Add To Cart” and then "Place Order" or "Continue Shopping"

5) Enter the shipping details and select a payment mode to proceed with the payment.

6) On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated.

If you are trying to make a payment to us and it fails due to some technical error then you need to send us a screen shot of the error page and our customer service department will get in touch with you.

You can find out if Aashirvadsarees.com delivers to your PIN Code by using the “Check Availability” tool located on the right hand side panel of the website. All you have to do is enter your PIN code into the tool and press the  Check Availability tab. You will be given the information about of delivery options for that particular PIN Code.

Checking your order status is very easy. You need to log in to "My Account" section and click the "Orders tab". The order and item(s) status will be available there.

We deliver most of our orders accross the World within 7 days from the order date (depending on the item processing time). You will be able to check the processing time from the item page itself. We have mentioned "Time To Ship" for all our products uploaded on website. Additional 5-6 days time will require if you opt for “customization process”.
